Three roles, one growing scope.

Joined SuccessKPI as an intern in January 2023. Promoted twice since, now leading delivery for enterprise platforms that run in production for 20+ customer accounts.

  1. Software EngineerCurrent

    Mar 2025 — Present

    Project leadership and end-to-end delivery for major enterprise platforms, launched into production for 20+ customer accounts.

    Led the end-to-end architecture, development and production delivery of the SuccessKPI BI Platform across 20+ customer accounts, provisioning multi-region AWS environments (Commercial and GovCloud) with Terraform covering EKS, Aurora RDS, OpenSearch and EFS.

    Architected a multi-tenant agentic AI platform on AWS Bedrock AgentCore and Strands Agents, where agents are assembled into executable workflow graphs, auto-generated from intent or built by drag and drop, with natural-language tool generation over external APIs, databases and knowledge bases.

    Ran containerized workloads on Amazon EKS with AWS Load Balancer Controller, Istio service mesh, CloudWatch and Fluent Bit for secure traffic management, observability and centralized logging.

    Built the MicroStrategy CMC environment from scratch with fully automated provisioning via AWS CodeBuild, IAM role assumption and cross-account access, standardizing releases and removing manual steps.

  2. Associate Software Engineer

    Jun 2023 — Mar 2025

    Owned cloud infrastructure, CI/CD and reliability, and shipped the company's first Claude-powered call-analysis feature.

    Spearheaded Deep Sense Call AI: designed models with targeted questions to analyze call recordings and embedded them in Playbooks for automated triggers on call conditions, using Claude for insights and an event-driven pipeline on SQS, Firehose, Lambda and CDK.

    Designed and managed scalable, secure AWS infrastructure with Terraform across EC2, EKS, Lambda and networking, with high availability and cost optimization built in.

    Built end-to-end CI/CD pipelines on AWS CodeBuild, CodeDeploy and Git-based workflows, and automated monitoring, logging and operational tasks for EKS workloads.

    Cut deployment pipeline failures 3× and reduced AWS operational costs by 20% through right-sizing, serverless adoption and architecture improvements, backed by monitoring, alerting and incident automation.
